Atlantic London is pleased to provide a 2-Year warranty for Atlantic London instruments, protected against defects in craftsmanship, materials, and manufacturing for a period of two years from the date of purchase.

This warranty is applicable solely to the original purchaser of a new Atlantic London instrument from an authorized Atlantic London dealer. Atlantic London, at its discretion, will determine the optimal solution to rectify any issues.

Exclusions: Atlantic London does not warranty against deterioration due to perspiration, high humidity, extreme temperatures, oxidation, tarnishing of finishes, or other external factors. Atlantic London disclaims and excludes liability for damage caused to the finish by excessive polishing, pressure, or the use of a polishing cloth that removes the plating. Use a soft cloth devoid of chemicals for all finishes.

Regularly wipe fingerprints and promptly dry moisture both inside and outside the instrument. Instruments that have been altered or had their identification numbers removed or altered are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Atlantic London disclaims and excludes liability for any incidental or consequential damages. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage resulting from abuse, negligence, accidents, insufficient maintenance, or failure to adhere to basic saxophone maintenance.

Loss or theft of the instrument is not covered by the warranty. Warranty coverage does not include pads, routine maintenance, or regulation. All issues must be reported within four weeks of discovery.
