Le ténor The Duke réunit des cheminées roulées, des tampons Pisoni haut de gamme, un clétage réactif et un bocal RESO+ spécialement développé pour lui. Il offre un son riche et résonant, une réponse naturelle, de la profondeur et un caractère singulier d’inspiration vintage.

Deux maîtres graveurs cumulant plus de 50 ans d’expérience donnent vie à The Duke. Chaque instrument demande environ sept heures de gravure minutieuse à la main. Des motifs complexes d’inspiration Art déco parcourent le pavillon et la culasse pour créer le style reconnaissable d’Atlantic.

Conçu pour la profondeur. Réglé pour la réactivité.

Le bocal RESO+ donne au ténor The Duke un souffle libre et une réponse vive, tout en préservant l’ampleur, la chaleur et la profondeur de son timbre. Du subtone délicatement soufflé à la pleine projection, sa voix reste ample, centrée et riche en couleurs.

After a long search, I bought the Duke tenor in Vintage Amber, and two weeks in, I couldn't be happier. The keywork is excellent, smooth, responsive, and comfortable under the fingers. The sound is deep and rich, exactly the tone I was after. And the Vintage Amber finish is genuinely stunning in person; the photos don't do it justice.

What set Atlantic apart, though, was Jamie. I came to them as a returning player with specific physical concerns, and rather than just make the sale, he answered every question honestly, including when it meant pointing out a downside or suggesting I wait. The workshop spent three hours setting the horn up for my needs and even included a few thoughtful extras. It arrived playing beautifully, right out of the case.

Buying an instrument sight-unseen from across an ocean could have been nerve-wracking. Atlantic made it feel safe, and the horn exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much for this. It was such a pleasure helping you find the right tenor, and it makes us so happy to hear how much you’re enjoying it. Knowing that it feels comfortable to play and gives you the sound you were looking for means a great deal to us.

Great Decision

I’m in the US and took a chance ordering the Atlantic Tenor after seeing the videos. It arrived super fast, packed really well, and plays like a dream. The tone is rich, dark and powerful, way more than I expected for the price. Build quality feels same level as the big name horns. Honestly one of the best saxes I ever played.

Not only does it look unique and beautiful, it feels so easy to play. I’ve been playing a Yamaha YTS875B since 1998 and I can’t remember that it ever felt so good to play as the Duke. I don’t know how you have managed to produce such a quality product at this price point. It's a great achievement.
