Two years of protection

Every new Atlantic London instrument is protected against defects in materials, manufacturing and craftsmanship for two years from the original date of purchase.

Your warranty begins on the original date of purchase.

Original purchaser

Cover applies to the original owner of a new instrument.

Authorised dealers

The instrument must be purchased from an authorised retailer.

What is covered

This warranty protects your instrument against defects arising from its materials, manufacturing or craftsmanship during the two-year warranty period.

If an eligible fault is confirmed, Atlantic London will assess the instrument and determine the most appropriate solution. This may include repair or another suitable remedy at our discretion.

Who is covered

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a new Atlantic London instrument bought from Atlantic London or an authorised Atlantic London dealer.

Proof of purchase may be required when submitting a warranty claim. The warranty cannot be transferred to a subsequent owner.

Important information

What is not covered

Natural deterioration

Wear or deterioration caused by perspiration, humidity, extreme temperatures, oxidation, tarnishing or other environmental factors.

Finish damage

Damage caused by excessive polishing, pressure, abrasive materials, chemicals or polishing cloths that remove or damage the plating or finish.

Accidental damage

Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper storage or insufficient maintenance.

Routine maintenance

Pads, normal adjustment, regulation, servicing and other routine maintenance are not included.

Altered instruments

Instruments that have been modified, or whose serial number or identifying marks have been removed, changed or obscured.

Loss or theft

Loss, theft and any incidental or consequential losses are not covered by this warranty.

Caring for your instrument

Protecting the finish

Regularly remove fingerprints with a clean, soft cloth and dry moisture from both the inside and outside of the instrument after playing. Do not use chemical, abrasive or treated polishing cloths on any finish.

Warranty claims

Need to report a problem?

Any issue must be reported within four weeks of its discovery. Please contact us with your proof of purchase, instrument serial number and a clear description of the problem.
